Are you a talented Agile Product Owner Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge software products?
FullFibre is seeking a skilled communicator and Agile enthusiast to join our dynamic team. As an Agile Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders, customers and our talents development team to share the future of our products.
In this role you will be responsible for creating and prioritising product backlog, defining product features and maintaining a strategic roadmap that aligns with our company's goals.
Your ideas will be heard, and your expertise will be highly valued as you guide a cross-functional team towards delivering high-quality software products.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, customers, and the development team to create and prioritize a product backlog.
- Define product features and requirements based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure user stories are clearly defined and meet acceptance criteria.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and sprint reviews.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to provide project updates and meet customer expectations.
- Continuously monitor market trends, user feedback, and customer needs to keep the product competitive and relevant.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and agile principles.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- In-depth knowledge and experience as an Agile Product Owner or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
