THE GIG
The Technology APO Analyst will be an integral member of the APO team to define, develop, deliver, and support APO processes across domains, product teams and enabling capabilities.
As our Agile Portfolio Office (APO) Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Contribute to the frameworks and guidelines that promote good practice for the delivery of value at pace under just enough governance
- Coaching and supporting teams to operate within the frameworks and guidelines and work with them to continually improve ways of working
- A key focus on continuous improvement and streamlining of processes

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Putting it simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
- Proven experience of working in an Agile Portfolio office to support Domain and Product team delivery
- Experience of tracking, monitoring and driving the realisation of business value/benefits from delivery
- Familiarity with the effective use of tools to optimise the delivery team performance of product teams, such as JIRA, Teams, and Sharepoint
- Prior experience of the definition, coaching, and support of delivery in an agile environment
- Adaptable approach and effective communication style and approach with stakeholders at all levels
- Drive collaboration and continuous improvement mind-set within the APO
- Beneficial:
- Prior experience of agile portfolio management in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the footwear and/or apparel industry
- Experience of scaled agile methodologies, e.g. SAFe
- Previous use of JIRA, Mural or other similar tools
