- Act as a servant leader with oversight of all activities across several product teams.
- Build a close relationship with Agile Facilitators, Product Owners, and Business Owners to understand the challenges and ensuring high efficiency by removing impediments or assisting the team in doing so.
- Establish a trusting and safe team environment with a focus on problem solving.
- Foster a "learn by doing" team culture and drive relentless improvement.
- Understands both scrum and Kanban ways of working.
- Knows when to be a servant leader, when to coach and when to drive.

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master utilizing both Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- 1+ years' experience in a technical position as a database developer or data architect
- 1+ years' experience in coaching a team in using agile.
- 1+ years' experience as a scrum master for more than one team at a time
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
- Experience working in a hybrid environment picking the best aspects of both agile and waterfall implementations.
- Excellent relationship management, strong influencing, and communication skill
- Relevant hands-on experience working in a SAFe framework
- SCRUM or SAFe certifications are a plus, but not required
