
Agile Delivery Lead - Red Hat Consulting (United Kingdom and Ireland) Remote

What you will do:
- Spur and incept new approaches to technology delivery with Red Hat customers; utilising agile and open ways of working
- Create high performing teams made up of Red Hat, customer and partner colleagues; where teams continuously assess and improve their approach to technology change
- Train, coach or mentor individuals and groups, providing context specific advice to assess and grow Agile and DevOps maturity
- Facilitate workshops which help clarify engagement target outcomes, continually focus on the latest engagement-specific priorities and regularly demonstrate working product alongside the engagement team
- Serve as an ongoing point of contact for customer delivery, throughout customer engagements
- Work with customers to design, plan, and carry out their deliveries with Red Hat Consulting; on larger engagements, help customers in complex delivery to achieve success. This will include requesting regular feedback and driving customer satisfaction
- Serve as an Engagement Lead for Labs residencies, including residency planning and management, process management and improvement, team building, and customer mentoring
- Share industry trends and new approaches, contributing thought leadership, innovate our current thinking and develop new approaches to change how organisations and teams deliver software and systems
- Travel to customer locations throughout UKI with occasional travel throughout the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)
- Ability to use methods which support agile teams is a must; ideally with a qualification(s) in an approach or approaches which complement an agile delivery style e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming.
- Demonstrated ability to understand the importance of delivering value for the customer, and Red Hat, in delivering and scoping engagements, in addition to understanding the technical impact from a supportability, scalability and repeatability perspective.
- Knowledge of project management processes and experience with revenue-based project reporting
- Strong servant leadership manner; proven ability to select training, mentoring or coaching style where appropriate
- Experience working in customer-facing positions
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to management and C-Level executives
