We’re looking for an experienced senior Agile Coach in India (Mumbai), who can help us:

  • act as an SME on Agile, DevOps, Lean, Complexity and Product practices and a champion for continuous learning
  • guide leaders and geographically dispersed teams in their adoption of lean-agile values, principles, metrics (DORA / Flow) and supporting tooling
  • launch, stabilize and evolve agile practices across a team of teams (Crew – up to 150 people) by coaching and partnering with teams, product managers, engineers, leaders to reduce lead time, increase flow and grow the teams understandings of business value and continuous improvement
  • collaborate with Coaches across our organization in the development of our community (Guild), growing our coaching capabilities and our body of knowledge
  • assist in the establishing an eco-system to support initiatives, departments, and teams (including team of teams) in their adoption of agile

Your team

You will be a part of a team of coaches partnering with our newly created streams and crews to embed the unified model of Agile@UBS. As part of that you’ll be working with alongside the Finance team and closely collaborating with other coaches in our organization. The role is based on a hybrid working week: 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

Your expertise

  • Extensive experience as an agile practitioner for minimum of 10 years and as an Agile coach for at least 5 years, applying Agile values, principles, and practices including Lead Time, Extreme Programming / DevOps, Scrum and Kanban.
  • significant experience acting as a teacher, facilitator, mentor and coach in the field of Agile/Lean
  • experienced in large complex organizations and agile transformations
  • experience of working on value streams through the product development lifecycle
  • excellent track record of working with and applying agile collaboration tools and metrics that matter (no vanity metrics). Understand product and engineering including all of the latest practices and an active member of the agile community
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills and ability to influence senior leadership through pragmatic guidance
  • successful management of complex and diverse tasks, while meeting key objectives and timelines (no multi-tasking)
