Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis / consulting with a focus on Microsoft technologies and systems.
  • Excellent understanding of Azure cloud platform including design, implementation, and administration.
  • Experience working with MS Dynamics and associated applications and technologies.
  • Deep understanding of the DevOps environment and the principals of testing, design, and delivery standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience of changing organisational, team and departmental mindsets and cultures.

The Role

  • Responsible for driving the design, implementation, and the management of our organisation’s architecture.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to understand business requirements and develop technology solutions in a DevOps / Agile environment.
  • Liaise with team members to review acceptance criteria and create functional specifications.
  • Act as a thought leader and influence key decision makers in shaping decisions and better understanding the value proposition of adopting new technologies and systems.
  • Support a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement for people, process, and technology.
  • Present concepts, deliverables, learnings, and insights in project meetings.
  • Guide and coach the wider team to take ownership of work and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver business value quickly and effectively.

This is primarily an office-based role and therefore we will only consider candidates who are in commuting distance from Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
