Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis / consulting with a focus on Microsoft technologies and systems.
- Excellent understanding of Azure cloud platform including design, implementation, and administration.
- Experience working with MS Dynamics and associated applications and technologies.
- Deep understanding of the DevOps environment and the principals of testing, design, and delivery standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience of changing organisational, team and departmental mindsets and cultures.
The Role
- Responsible for driving the design, implementation, and the management of our organisation’s architecture.
- Collaborate with the wider team to understand business requirements and develop technology solutions in a DevOps / Agile environment.
- Liaise with team members to review acceptance criteria and create functional specifications.
- Act as a thought leader and influence key decision makers in shaping decisions and better understanding the value proposition of adopting new technologies and systems.
- Support a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement for people, process, and technology.
- Present concepts, deliverables, learnings, and insights in project meetings.
- Guide and coach the wider team to take ownership of work and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver business value quickly and effectively.

This is primarily an office-based role and therefore we will only consider candidates who are in commuting distance from Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
