I’m absolutely delighted to be assisting my Client who are based on the outskirts of Wakefield for an Aftersales Supervisor to join their highly successful organisation.

Duties
· Ensure that everyone deliveries the best customer experience by ensuring the team are organised and prepared for arriving customer appointments.
· To provide front of house support to customers by welcoming customers and providing regular and effective communication.
· You will act as a point of escalation for customer queries as required.
· Leading a team of Aftersales Advisors, providing training and coaching, completing regular 1-2-1's and feedback.
· Providing support for the Service Centre in the absence of Service Manager, if required. Weekly checking of a sample of job cards completed by Technicians including: Accurate technician write up, Invoice accuracy, set up correct labour times, Supporting the Aftersales Advisors and the Service Manager with reducing costs, Managing loan vehicles
· Maintaining accurate records of customer contact using the complaints system and managing outstanding issues that require resolution in line with the Company’s customer complaints procedure, escalating customer concerns where required.
· Ensuring that job cards are raised accurately with a full description entered for the required diagnosis / work.
· Ensuring all customers receive regular, proactive and accurate updates.
Candidate Requirements
· A full valid driving licence is essential.
· Driven with the ability to lead and develop a team.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
· You will have the ability to build positive and lasting relationships.
· You will have exemplary customer service skills.
· You will be passionate to succeed within an exciting and fast paced working environment.
Hours of Work
Full Time 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 with two days off on a rota basis, (Excludes Sunday's). The shifts will consist of days, evenings and weekends.
Salary
An annual salary of £27,000 will be offered to start of which an OTE of £33,000 is achievable through meeting targets.
