Job Title: Afternoon Care Professional
Location: Swansea
Hours: 12pm – 5pm (4-5 Days)
Salary: £10.25 - £21 (Will increase in April ’23)

We are passionate about continuity, for both you and your clients, so you can enjoy spending time with your own clients on a regular basis, who we have specifically matched you based on your hobbies and interests. Thanks to our minimum call time of 1-hour, there’s no need to rush. Take the time to do things right, spend that extra ten minutes sitting and chatting with a cuppa, or pop out for lunch, because it’s those little things that make our clients smile.
This Community Support Worker role pays up to £21 per hour, including paid travel time, and mileage. We are passionate about quality care, and our unique approach has earnt up a ‘Top 20’ Home Care Provider award and a 9.9 rating score.
In your calls you may be asked to help with the following:
- Assisting your client to groups and on days out
- Helping with shopping
- Meal preparation
- Dementia care
- Light domestic duties
- Accompanying to appointments
- Administering or prompting medication
- Support with personal care

Additional Information
Working Hours
- 12pm to 5pm (these can be altered for the right candidate)
- 4 or 5 consecutive days a week (you choose)
- Full-time Hours also available
- We do have Guaranteed Hours Contract Available
Pay Details
- £10.25 - £10.50 (This will increase in April 2023)
- £20.50 - £21 on Bank Holidays
- Paid Travel Time at Wage Rate
- 35p Per Mile Mileage Payment (Council can top this up to 45p)
We have clients in Sketty, Cockett, Gorseinon, Gower, Mumbles, West Cross, Gowerton, Marina, Uplands, Brynmill, Penllegaer, Townhill, Penlan, Mayhill, St.Thomas, Morriston, Ty-Coch, Clydach, City Centre, Port-tennant, and more.
Therefore, a Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle is required.
