As a Marketing Executives you will work under supervision of a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) and a Product Manager within the Product Team. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value of Mentee platform.
You will also work closely with our Sales teams to shape our message to the market and drive adoption and activation. With an exciting product and solution we brought to the market, this role is critical to our next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Product team to optimise assigned part of the product, improve our product offerings by closely monitoring our competitors, mapping our position in the market, and identifying areas for growth.
  • Assist the PMM with developing go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives that increase awareness, discoverability, consideration, and adoption of Mentee products by the Investor network.
  • Monitor and report on metrics across launch, growth, and adoption initiatives, and continuously iterate to maximize results using research and data.
  • Assist with creating the value proposition, positioning, and messaging frameworks, and empower internal teams to effectively communicate our products through workshops, role play, and supporting resources.
  • Build a new range of our product marketing content, including sales enablement materials, guides, articles, blogs, emails, and videos.
  • Work with Customer Operations, Strategy, and Finance to optimize product pricing and bundling by contributing regular market intelligence and analysis.

  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and drive data-informed experimentation plans.
  • Excellent collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to distill complex ideas into actionable roadmaps.
  • Growth mindset and passion for creating amazing customer experiences.
  • Comfortable with content creation, copywriting, and working on high-level brand campaigns.
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced startup and contributing to rapid growth.
