We have a new opportunity for an Affiliate Manager to drive growth opportunities across our ever-expanding partner network. This is a great role for someone who is looking for autonomy, loves to dive into data and wants to work for a brand with a purpose! The main focus of the role will be MoneySuperMarket and Quidco, but works within in a wider team that also focuses on B2B through Decision Tech. The role has lots of exposure across the group, attend trade meetings, work with commercial, finance and have the opportunity to test new ideas! There’s lots of exciting activity in affiliate marketing with new product launches and as the B2B team continues to grow, there will likely be opportunities to expand the role into a broader partnership remit. Key Responsibilities Manage, grow and diversify the MoneySuperMarket and Quidco affiliate programmes across all key product verticals Build and maintain strong relationships with our affiliate network and partners Use data insight to optimise existing affiliate performance, analyse and identify areas that are under-performing and capitalise on areas that are performing well Research, identify and recruit new affiliate partnerships, working with internal teams to ensure the affiliate programme meets all regulatory requirements Identify and take advantage of tactical opportunities, while also working closely with internal colleagues and partners to plan and implement long-term growth initiatives Track, measure and report on the performance of activity against specific metrics Contribute to finance and data processes (performance reporting, validations etc) Key Skills and Experience Good affiliate experience, preferably managing an in-house programme in a digital environment, with knowledge of core marketing channels and executional considerations. Highly analytical and comfortable utilising data to identify trends, risks and opportunities therefore should have experience of using Excel/Tableau. Commercially minded and has strong experience in negotiating with a keen focus on performance metrics. Experience of quickly building positive relationships with a diverse range of partners and colleagues. Familiarity with using HubSpot/ working with an affiliate network/ Awin reporting interface is beneficial but not crucial. We operate within a hybrid working model which will require 40% of your time to be in the London office, and the rest can be worked from home. The interview process: Initial screening phone call with the recruiter to talk about your current situation/key experience and for you to ask any questions. Usually takes 20-30 minutes. First stage interview on Microsoft teams with the manager of the role and another member of the wider team to talk about the role, key skills and experience – exploring key competencies and behaviours required for the role. Second stage interview will be to present back a task sent to you before the meeting, ideally in person in the London office.
