PR and Marketing Assistant – London

The PR & Marketing Assistant will work closely with all members of the UK PR & Marketing department to effectively coordinate and support all of the marketing and public relations activity in the UK region. This role will provide administrative assistance and support to the team, focusing on the day-to-day support for the hotels and marketing team.

What you’ll mainly be up to as a PR & Marketing Assistant:

• Provide administrative support to the UK Marketing Team, including creation and tracking of Purchase Orders, Invoicing, reporting trackers, coordination of meetings and minutes and maintaining the team shared drives, including filing.

• Communication, tracking and distribution of PR & Marketing efforts and results

• Maintain and update imagery on ICE Portal, shared drives and across all channels

• Serve as main point of contact for PPHE team members, suppliers and agencies for general enquiries

• Alongside the UK PR & Marketing Coordinator, respond to, coordinate and track influencer, media stays and filming enquiries

• Coordinate and help to deliver the day to day hotel and sales activity, including collateral, digital updates, CSR initiatives, social content calendars and presentations

• Update the hotel and restaurant standalone websites, on-property digital channels and other comms points with current and up-to-date content

• Maintain an overview of competitor activities and promotions to be updated on a monthly basis and communicated to the wider team

• Working closely with the company’s wider Marketing Team to ensure all messaging and initiatives are in line with the Brand’s strategy and standards

• Providing overall support where/when required to the Hotels and or Regional Teams as and when required

• Coordinate and assist in providing hotel showrounds and attend media events where required

• Support and assist on photoshoots, filming and/or various other content shoots

• Support the Content, and Restaurant & Bars Marketing Team in executing and delivering their scheduled activity

• Provide content for the Digital Channels, including social media and ParkPlazaMoments.com
