The Laser Clinic Group is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant for our clinic in East London Bow.

Responsibilities
- Developing expert knowledge and understanding of our procedures and expertise, in order to educate clients about treatment options during phone inquiries and office consultations.
- Follow up with clients, as needed, after their consultation to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to surgery.
- Serve as a client advocate, supporting clients before, during and after their visits.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing clientele.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with both clinical and non-clinical teams, to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Desired qualifications:
- At least 2 years as a sales consultant in an aesthetics clinic
- Sales consultants will be required to be qualified to NVQ level 2 / 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent. Depending on what treatments the clinic wishes you to carry out you may also be required to have further qualifications or training in IPL / lasering.
- Any experience with aesthetic or cosmetic treatments is advantageous.
You'll succeed in this role if:
- You are able to intuitively understand what your client really wants
- You're passionate about sales and able to consistently meet sales targets
- You've a gentle and ethical approach to sales i.e. you'd never recommend a treatment or product to your clients if they don't need it

Salary: £36,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
