The role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified trainer to join our highly successful and professional team, operating within GCS Training, the commercial branch of the College.

  • Full-time (37 hours)

  • £31,498.00 - £36,642.00 Per Annum
  • Jubilee Court, Swansea

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver assessments across a range of courses ensuring schemes/records of work, assignment schedules, are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards.
  • Plan and deliver over 12 hours per week of training to learners as required
  • Ensure training and assessment strategies and materials are planned and accessible to meet the varied needs of all learners, and that cross-cutting themes (for example, ESDGC, Welsh Ethos, ES, Employability) are embedded and assessed effectively.

About you:

  • Level 3 qualification
  • OR equivalent in relevant sector
  • Experience and occupational competence to assess Level 1- 4
  • OR equivalent
