Advocacy Operations Administrator
The Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre (Rape Crisis South London) is looking for a committed, professional and skilled Advocacy Operations Administrator to provide trauma informed administration support within the Advocacy Team and Survivors accessing support.
The Advocacy Operations Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the advocacy team, including responsibility for the management of the advocacy and casework waiting lists. As well as ensuring all survivors referred into our services are contacted in a timely manner and will provide boundaried and interim factual and emotional support to survivors on our waiting lists.
We will provide the successful candidate with:
● Monthly clinical supervision
● A salary of £28,000-£29,000, dependent on experience
● Hybrid working, with 1-2 days office based
● Regular CPD and developmental opportunities
● An annual leave entitlement of 27 days per year, plus the days between Christmas Day and New Year

The position is offered on a flexible basis and we are open to discussing hours and place of work, with a minimum of one day a week in our East Croydon office.
