The Product Office team are responsible for overseeing the Ring-Fenced Bank’s management of the Product Governance Framework and are part of the Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Shared Services, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer.
You will support the Head of Product Office in defining, developing and maintaining the Product Approval and Review Framework and Policy and associated controls.

Supporting in the development, implementation and facilitation of the Product Governance Framework for the Bank
Ensuring that policies and procedures are applied effectively in 1st Line
Assessing and challenge adherence to policy requirements and to systematically QA 1st Line outputs.
Incorporating key learnings from the on-going monitoring of products into the independent review and oversight of new product or initiative developments
Liaising with SMEs and providing insight on conduct and regulatory change to ensure any new products/initiatives are within the bank’s risk appetite and are regulatory compliant
What you’ll bring.
Have knowledge to identify potential risks and an understanding of robust control and monitoring frameworks
Ability to draw conclusions and learnings from QA and apply them to future products or initiatives
It would also be nice for you to have.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across all business areas
Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to assess whether products are delivering good customer outcomes and provide insight /determine appropriate actions

Our preferred location for this role is Milton Keynes and you will be expected to spend 40% of your time in this office.
