Role Overview
We have a flexible part or full time position available within our friendly team for a bookings team member. This is a phone-based role from which you will be introducing our company to families, pet owners and new parents, explaining their premium photoshoot experience, building a rapport and discussing their family relationships and connection, followed by booking a time into the diary for them and running through some ideas of what to wear and bring with them to help them make the most of their photoshoot.
We are looking for an empathetic individual who has previous telesales experience. You will enjoy striving to achieve daily bookings targets calling warm leads and have meaningful conversations with our clients. And as you can imagine the more people you call the more bookings you will get. This role is ideally suited to someone who has telesales/sales experience.
As you will predominantly be talking with couples, pregnant women, pet owners, mums about their family and babies, so a genuine interest in children and pets is a must. Our call types are a mixture of warm and hot leads and those who have come from a call centre telesales background will instantly find how easy and engaged our customers are on the phone.
Hours/Schedule
This will be a part time role 20-24 hours, the ideal candidate would be able to include one weekend working day. (Although we will consider full time for the right candidate with a proven track record of closing on the phone and experience in telesales and sales).
The Company
Having significantly expanded over the last few years, we now run Oxford, Milton Keynes and Northampton's 3 largest photography studios. Despite growing we still operate a small family business ethos and environment with a fun energetic team.
Experience
Previous experience working in an outbound sales role/telesales is a MUST. Given you will be based on the phone at a desk for the majority of the day, it is preferable to have experience working in this kind of environment.

Skills
The ideal candidate will need:
- A outgoing personality and be easy to talk to
- An empathetic personality with excellent rapport building skills
- To enjoy chatting with mums about their families and babies
- To be efficient with their time
- To be computer literate
- Experience or confidence to work consistently on the phone, making outbound photoshoot bookings calls
- Experience in working with KPI'S
- Telesales experience
