We want every pupil at St Paul’s to enjoy and succeed in all aspects of school life. Therefore, we are seeking to appoint a positive, enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for helping children to thrive. The role involves working within a classroom environment, in partnership with the teacher, supporting pupils’ learning and emotional well-being.
The successful candidate will:
This is a permanent contract working Wednesday & Friday, 8.30am-12.30pm,
with the possibility of additional hours during lunchtime.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with children, ideally in a similar role;
- Be passionate about supporting all pupils, particularly those with SEND;
- Be driven to achieve positive outcomes for all pupils;
- Deliver learning tasks to small groups and individuals on a 1-1 basis;
- Have excellent communication skills, a good sense of humour and enjoy working as part of a team;
- Be Fully committed to safeguarding children and young people.
