Job description
We are looking for a Learning Mentor to join our team and provide support and guidance to students who are facing challenges with their learning. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to help students achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students who are facing challenges with their learning
- Develop individualized learning plans to help students achieve their goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust learning plans as needed
- Work closely with teachers to identify and address student needs
- Collaborate with parents to ensure that students receive the support they need both in and out of school
- Provide guidance and support to students as they navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience working with students who face learning challenges
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Passion for helping students achieve their full potential
