Behaviour Mentor – Mental Health Focus – September Start – Hayes, Hillingdon, London.
***£95.00 - £100 per day, plus a £675 per year healthcare package***

A brilliant school in Hillingdon, specialising in providing education services for young students up to aged 18 who are experiencing unreasonable Social, Emotional and/or Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, is currently searching for an outstanding Behaviour Mentor.
Current and previous successful Behaviour Mentors at this school have come from a wide range of sectors, including -
- Former Social Workers – Public Sector
- Former Teachers and experienced Teaching Assistants
- Ex-Military, former Police Officers, and HMP staff
The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have a philosophical outlook, be unphased by belligerent/challenging behaviour, be dependable, calm, and able to inspire and to build an individual’s self-esteem. These are the key attributes required to be hugely effective in this Behaviour Mentor position. Do you possess these qualities?
The role will see the successful Behaviour Mentor work with pupils aged up to 16 years of age both in and out of classrooms in this wonderfully resourced specialist school in Hayes, Hillingdon, London.
