We are currently recruiting for Metering Advisors to work with our busy and fast paced Metering Team

Our head office is based in Blairgowrie, Perthshire, within easy commuting distance of both Perth and Dundee.
As a Metering Advisor you will deal with customer queries and will undertake an in-depth training programme which will equip you with the relevant skills and knowledge required to ensure you deliver excellent levels of service to our business customers. The Metering Advisor must demonstrate active listening, empathy, problem solving skills, and strong communication skills.
Role Responsibilities
· Process and validate all received meter readings.
· Provision of excellent customer service with the ability to understand and address complex customer queries.
· Monitor and audit data quality of meter reads being received.
· Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets.
· Using business reporting, prepare reports for internal and external audiences.
· Identify new, efficient ways of working both internally and externally.
Key skills & Experience
· Work as part of the Metering Team, with the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
· Excellent communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise others clearly.
· High level and understanding of Microsoft packages, especially advance skills in Excel for reporting and monitoring purposes.
· Problem-solving skills coupled with an ability to work well under pressure.
· Excellent numerical and analytical skills
· Confidence and patience, with the ability to deal with difficult situations or high workloads.
· Able to work effectively with minimum support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
