We are delighted to announce we are working with a global iconic brand, main dealer group, who are high respected in the motor trade. They are based in the Southampton area and looking for Call Centre Representative to work in the after sales team.
This opportunity will suit anyone who may have come from a customer service background, possibly automotive but not essential. Full training and support will be given with the appointment.

Day to Day:
- Receiving and dealing with customers inquiries
- Providing a point of contact for customers
- Troubleshooting
- Entering information into the CRM
- Liaising with other members of the team
