Consumer Advisers
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide consumer advice to clients via telephone and digital channels throughout Wales and England as part of the Citizens Advice Consumer Service.

Hours: Full-Time- 37 hours per week; Monday - Friday
Salary: £20,972
Holidays: 30 days annual leave per annum, plus Bank Holidays
Closing Date: 24.04.2023
Start Date: 9.05.2023 (Fixed Start Date)

Location: Barry- Office Based
Qualifications and Skills.
The successful candidates will:
- Have experience delivering excellent customer service in face-to-face, telephone or other digital environments.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have good data entry and IT skills.
- Welsh language applications are highly encouraged

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer enquiries
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with policies
