Digital Advertising Specialist
Tradable Bits is an award-winning tech company that helps music and sports brands build better fan experiences. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. You would be responsible for ensuring we configure every ad without errors, conduct advertising experiments that strategically maximize returns for our clients, and help to build our reporting capabilities. You’ll get to collaborate with some of the largest sports and music brands in the world, taking pride and ownership of the success of the likes of Live Nation, AFL, NRL and more.
We are seeking a data-driven and methodical individual who is passionate about digital advertising. We need you to live, eat and breathe fan data, with an endless supply of new ideas for digital advertising experiments. You must have the ability to understand and work with data to create presentations for clients and translate complex concepts into easy to understand metrics for internal and external audiences.
You must enjoy working with data, numbers, and statistics and be able to translate complex data into accessible information for training purposes.
What You Will Do:
- Analyze advertising needs to develop appropriate advertising and marketing plans.
- Develop and implement promotion strategies and ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Display, Search and Spotify for our clients with impeccable precision.
- Develop strategies and related content for digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them.
- Advise and train team members and clients on advertising opportunities based on strategic data analysis.
- Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics.
- Analyze promotional and marketing campaigns to identify improvements and report on marketing and advertising metrics.
- Develop advertising experiments, where you’ll test the efficacy of an audience or targeting technique and report on your findings.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that senior executives will use to make informed decisions.
- Quickly master our platform and then make data-backed suggestions on how we can improve it; working with developers to scope out new features.
- Keep abreast of current developments in digital advertising and advocate for them to clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, and/or another highly analytical environment
- Preferred certifications: Facebook Blueprint Media Planner Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, Shopping Ads Certification, Google Ads Measurement Certification (For Facebook + Google)
- Experience in data analysis and/or BI tools – beyond basic Excel formulas. Tableau Certified Data Analyst a definite asset
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Advertising, SEM and performance advertising
- Additional certifications in Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO considered an asset
