Job description
This role is based at our office in Liverpool City Centre, right in the heart of the Business District.
The candidate will work as part of our wider team and directly with business owners who are wanting to grow their businesses, giving you fantastic hands on experience where you are able to influence change and have a big impact on businesses you are representing.

You must have a minimum of 2 years’ agency experience and be prepared to be office based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage above the line digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Ads, YouTube and TikTok.
- Monitor KPIs on a daily basis, providing recommendations to optimise campaigns.
- Review keyword bidding, daily budgeting, clicks, quality score and other important campaign metrics.
- Continually provide suggestions and execution of best strategies for keywords, campaign structures, targeting, display network.
- Generate and execute weekly and monthly reports with commentary for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of search engine industry trends and developments.
- Monthly, in-depth reports for Operations Director.
- Provide support, mentorship and in-house development to your internal team.
- Complete monthly competitor analysis, with recommendation on strategies, strengths and opportunities.
- Maintain a strict testing regime, establishing audience, targeting and creative tests across all advertising channels in order to improve advertising tactics and techniques.
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
- Proven experience and expertise across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and YouTube channels
- Experience of using Google Data Studio, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
- Strong data analytical skills

Training and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Paid Media experience within an agency.
- Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,088.44-£35,000.00 per year
