Job description

Advanced Occupational Therapy skills, knowledge and expertise to work with young people in a collaborative style. Assessment of functional needs and working together with the young person to develop care plans and treatment plans, which focus on the young persons strength and goals. Occupational formulation sharing with the young person, carers/family and the MDT. The use of best evidence and practice throughout practice.

The use of outcome measures to assist with reflecting on goals, using advanced clinical reasoning and having the young persons needs at the heart of practice.
