We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, experienced ANP to join our friendly and well established team of 6 GP partners, 1 Salaried GP, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA, 1 phlebotomist and an experienced reception/admin team. We provide a high level of care to 8,700 patients.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will be an Independent Prescribing Practitioner with experience in primary care. Acting within their professional boundaries, the post holder will provide care for the presenting patient from triage, clinical assessment, diagnosis through to treatment and evaluation of care. To include acute on the day assessment/triage along with highly complex and chronic presentations and home visits.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate an excellent standard of clinical care, be highly motivated and have sound decision making skills.

Part-time hours: 37 per week
Salary: £24.00-£28.50 per hour
