Job Title: Advanced Craft Apprentice
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for Apprentices to undertake our Advanced Craft Apprenticeship Programme which allows Apprentices to gain practical experience of producing parts and products, using a variety of methods and equipment.
What does the Apprenticeship involve?
The first year of the Apprenticeship will be based at our local training provider, undertaking key skills and assessments which culminate in an NVQ Level 2 qualification. Subsequent years will be based within the workplace, rotating through a series of placements whilst undertaking NVQ Level 3 qualification and Functional Skills assessments. During this time, Apprentices will be required to attend college one day per week.

Entry requirements
- 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4-9, to include Maths, English & Science
- Hobbies/interests outside of school which demonstrate a genuine interest in engineering
- A recent job or relevant work experience would be beneficial
