The starting salary for this role is £24,977 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.

About the role
As an Administration Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a front-line operational team. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be expected to deal with complex telephone enquiries and a wide range of correspondence and scanning duties. Additionally, you will be asked to take notes, and minutes of meetings and be entering data on both the mainframe database and Excel spreadsheets.
In your application we would love to hear about your:
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills
- Passion for customer service and your desire to support both the team and wider Surrey residents
- Sound knowledge of IT packages such as Excel, Word, and databases and your quick and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Note-taking and minute-taking skills
