Job description

We are looking for an Restaurant Supervisor to work in our award winning 2 AA Rosette Chantrey's Restaurant to assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running and operation of the Chantrey’s Restaurant, whilst helping to develop the team into a trained, proactive and focused department, with a friendly customer orientated manner. Ensuring high levels of customer care at all times.

Main duties include:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in effectively managing the team working within the restaurant and maintaining the two Rosette standards.
• Assist in the day to day running of the department
• Assist in improving standards and procedures within the department, whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Assist in training and development of all staff within the department
• Help to ensure that appropriate standards are consistently maintained, through training and development
• Liaise closely with the Restaurant Manager to support and assist in any activities to further the Restaurant or manage the team

Salary: Up to £11.67 per hour
