Fox Morris are working with Swindon Borough Council in relations to finding a HR Admin to start work ASAP!

Working Arrangements – FULLY REMOTE

Responsibilities

• the successful candidates will be responsible for commissioning placements for vulnerable adults and children across a number of different provisions, including: residential, nursing care, supported living, fostering services, post 16 and Parent & Child assessments.
• You will ensure that the wellbeing of adults and children are at the centre of all placement decisions to ensure we are meeting need and delivering the best outcomes; whilst achieving value for money.
• You will provide advice and support to brokerage services on all aspects of commissioning and market knowledge concerning possible suitable providers as well as lead the commissioning process for more complex cases and groups of service users.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
