We are looking for a dedicated Therapist to join our team at multiple locations in the bay area for our adolescent PHP/IOP facility! Enjoy an opportunity that will maximize your clinical impact. Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director and the Lead Therapist, the PHP Therapist facilitates regular groups, intakes, and family meetings and is the primary contact for families assigned on their caseload.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry a caseload of adolescentsand act as the designated point of contact for the family
- Facilitate individual, family and group therapies within the framework of the Wellity
- Coordinate with Clinical Director and Lead Therapist to facilitate program scheduling and coordinate services for the clinical program.
- Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon intake
- Facilitate weekly parent support and education group
- Facilitate weekly family meeting sessions
- Responsible for the timely completion of clinical documentation
- Attend scheduled treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision
Qualifications:
Education and Experience :
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate school in marriage family therapy, counseling, social work or psychology.
· Licensed as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW or Associates (AMFT/APCC/ACSW) in California.
- Experience in providing family therapy with adolescents and parents
- Trained and experience with evidenced- based clinical practices including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
