Adobe Target Developer is a key member of the Strategy & Innovation function in the Technical Product Mgmt. group within CBS Digital Experience.
This resource will use technology components from both Adobe and Azure to bring to bear innovative solutions to business problems. The objective is to quickly prototype & execute timeboxed PoCs with the broader team to demonstrate art of the possible as well as defining the north star strategic vision. The architect will liaise with the wider innovation team, business stakeholders, platform team, EY vendors and partners to collate and assess requirements and drive enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities
Partner with wider technology teams and business to understand functional gaps and gather business needs- Actively work with Innovation team members for market research and analysis of disruptive and emerging trends
- Assist in MVP definition and carry out required AEM development work – components, templates, services, necessary configurations
- Document findings, learnings and recommendations
- Share knowledge on new technologies, architecture methodologies, standards, leading practices

Required Experience
6+ years in IT environment- 3+ years in AEM development
- Experience of typical web stack - Java, XML JSON, Web Services – REST & Soap, JSP, Servlets, Tags
Essential experience
- Adobe Target
- Integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as AEM, Analytics
- Experience of Adobe’s Project Firefly and Adobe Experience Platform highly desirable
Education & Certification Requirements
A degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent work experience- Adobe certifications in Adobe Target required

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $110,200 to $200,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $132,200 to $227,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
