Job Description
Reporting into the Finance Manager the successful senior accounts payable clerk will have the following duties:
Fast and accurate processing of invoices- Investigation of any purchase order and invoice issues
- Assisting in the preparation of payments
- Reconciling supplier statements ensuring all items have been reconciled and issues investigated
- Prompt and accurate filing of documents
- Work with colleagues throughout the business to ensure problems are understood and resolved
- Processing company credit cards
- Resolve Supplier Debit balances
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Accounts Payable Clerk will be/have:
- Immediately available
- Proven track record in similar role
- Full process AP experience
- Experience of using ERP systems - SAP Advantage
- Excellent spreadsheet skills
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Able to work both alone and within a team
