In this maternity cover, you’ll play a crucial part guiding applicants through the admissions process. From enquiry to enrolment, you’ll support candidates by processing their admissions documents such as applications, interview offers etc. You’ll work directly with candidates using your outstanding customer-service skills to quickly answer any course related enquiries and support multiple campus recruitment events. You’ll be critical to streamlining the department’s processes by:


  • Managing online and paper-based application systems
  • Handling any in-person, phone or email enquiries within a set timeframe
  • Providing logistical support for recruitment and admissions activities and interviews
  • Supporting interview evenings
  • Working across the Etc. group

You will be required to travel between our different sites so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
