Melius are hiring for one of the UK's leading professional education brands who are looking to grow their admissions team to support their exciting growth plans.
You will work with a highly motivated team supporting prospective students to engage with professional development programmes that will enable them to develop their careers.
Our Admissions team work with prospective students, building rapport, qualifying their interest, scoping their decision making and ensuring they are fully informed to make the right choices.
You will engage by telephone, email and video to provide a fast and friendly response to inbound enquiries, and lead nurturing throughout the sales cycle to maximise results.
Your activities will include scheduling appointments and demos and introduce leads to our clients campus locations and learning proposition.
As well as supporting our inbound lead conversion, you will be comfortable working with our corporate client base to deepen our ability to support their learning and development programmes; and working with our marketing team to generate additional awareness and engagement with our brands.
To be successful in this role you will have prior experience in a similar role with a clear track record of nurturing leads, developing relationships and converting leads into sales.
Professional sales training using a recognised methodology is a bonus.
You will be comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (eg. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot)

This role is based at our clients West End location with the option for flexible and part-time working available.
This role is offered with a starting salary of £30,000 per annum and on-target earnings of £40,000.
