Job description
You will be involved in reviewing applications and processing decisions in line with the agreed criteria, turnaround times and service levels, recording decisions accurately on the University’s student record system and generating correspondence as required. In addition, the post holder will be expected to arrange, coordinate and support applicant interviews/tests as required.
The Person
You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work flexibly and under pressure with strong attention to detail. You must also be highly organised and be able to work independently as well as being a proactive team player.

Recruitment and Admissions at Kingston University forms a large department within the Student Directorate encompassing recruitment and admissions across home, EU and overseas students.
It provides a strategic, operational and advisory service for the University on all aspects of recruitment and admissions. This includes course marketing, student recruitment, student admissions, website management and development, design & print, copywriting, editing as well as international development, visa and immigration advice, events and graduation services. Together we are committed to widening access and improving customer service across the entire applicant journey.

This is a permanent, part time position working 18.5 hours per week with a starting salary of £16,136 per annum (50% pro rata to £32,271 per annum).
