Admissions Assistant
Full Time | Permanent | £20,103 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive, innovative and self-starting individual to join our Admissions Team.
You must have:
· Previous experience of customer contact – in person & by telephone, with the confidence to deal with all levels of enquiries.
· Strong IT skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and/or Google GSuite.
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
· Good organisational skills.
Your main responsibilities:
· To provide the administrative and data entry tasks required for the College’s central admissions system in order to process and track applications through to final acceptance and enrolment.
· To analyse, interpret and produce statistical information in accordance with objectives.
· To monitor statistical information relating to designated curriculum areas, providing feedback to the Senior Admissions Officer as requested.
