SEASONAL ADMISSIONS AND RETAIL ASSISTANTS
(Come and work at the aquarium by the beach!)
The Oceanarium is preparing for the high season and we are looking for hard working, smile making, passionate and motivated Admissions and Retail Assistants to join the Oceanarium team.
What this role involves:
· Excellent customer service, filled with patience and enthusiasm
· Till work and cash handling
· Basic IT knowledge and voucher reconciliation
· Ensuring that everything is always clean, tidy and inviting
· Greeting guests and presenting them with all the information needed
· Stocking the shelves and making sure everything is merchandised properly
What the Oceanarium is looking for:
· Experience of working within a retail or customer facing roles
· A passion for delivering first class customer service, consistently, no matter the day or the weather
· A willingness to learn, develop and train your skills
· A desire to work in a fast-paced environment where each day is different
· The capability to do all of this while still having a fun and memorable time working here!
You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays and have full availability for all school holidays dates.

Pay Rates:
From the 1st April 2022 our hourly rates will change to the following:
· If you are aged 21 years and over, its £10 per hour
· If you are aged 20 years under, its £8.50 per hour
