We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, empathetic and self-motivated individual to work within our team, based at Salisbury Hospital. You will work with the whole of the multidisciplinary team to provide direct administrative support.
This role is a varied one; you'll be working with administrative and clinical staff to arrange appointments for the team of CAMHS staff.
We'll need you to be calm, approachable and have experience in talking to service users and their families/carers. You'll also need good skills in Excel, Word, Teams, Taking phone calls, formatting and sending out letters to young people and families across the South West.
You will be working alongside other administrators, with support and guidance from the administration lead.
There's a lot of variety in this role, so no two days are ever the same. We're here to help each other, as we know just how important it is to come to work and feel valued - and like you're making a difference.
