ADMINISTRATORWe are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for a leading company in the field of highway electrical assets maintenance and installation. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a company that takes social responsibility seriously and is determined to support society in accelerating towards to Net Zero.ROLE: Administrator LOCATION: All UK SALARY: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum JOB TYPE: 3 months HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday. Remote THE ROLE:
- Maintenance of Rota and calls out across x6 regions.
- Update of documentation/billing details for out of hours activity daily, interacting with 3rd party contact centre provider.
- Co-ordination of certificates of competence.
- Manage updates and changes to the document library.
- Monitor the log of memberships and subscriptions.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Experience working as an Admin/Co-Ordinator in a Q/A function.
- Previous experience in Facilities Management.
- Great communication skills
- Experience in working in an administration role.
