College Health Ltd is a leading Primary Care provider operating a network of GP Surgeries across Essex and Kent. We are known for providing high quality Primary Care services to in excess of 50,000 patients in Thurrock Health Centre and The Grays Surgery, Essex.
The role of Receptionist / Administrator involves being the first port of call for our patients, dealing with queries as part of our professional and resilient frontline reception team, answering patient calls, booking appointments and carrying out daily administrative tasks.
There are 1 part time position and 2 full time positions based in Thurrock Health Centre and The Grays Surgery. Both Surgeries are in different premises but work as one and under the same management.
You will require:
· Ability to communicate professionally and in friendly person centred way.
· Good listening skills, compassion and empathy.
· Willing to connect with people and arrange their care however complex.
· Ability to respond sensitively to people from different backgrounds, cultures and in challenging situations,
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Your role will require an enhanced DBS check for which the cost will be met by the Practice.
Previous experience of working within a GP surgery, including some knowledge of System One, clinical appointment and records system will be an advantage although not essential.
Successful candidates will must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
