Job description
We are looking for a Team Administrator who will be proving support to a ‘Buildings Team’ who look after a portfolio of commercial office buildings across City of London.
Working for a well-established, growing, commercial property management company you will be dealing with clients, tenants and contractor queries efficiently based from a modern office in West London.
This is a varied role where you will be kept on your toes! Every day will be different. You will be managing team diaries, arranging meetings, organising lunches, producing reports, maintaining databases, collating data, taking meeting minutes, answering calls, responding to emails and dealing with travel arrangements.
IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel will be needed alongside experience of working of working in a similar role.
Salary: Up to £32,000
