About the Role

Sutton Council is seeking an administrator to fill a new role in its pensions shared service with Kingston Council. The successful applicant will provide basic administrative duties within the benefits processing function of the shared service, including:

  • updating electronic records
  • requesting/chasing information
  • indexing incoming post
  • managing the team’s email inbox
  • answering the team phone
  • coordinate meetings and taking minutes
About Us

The shared pensions administration service for Sutton Council and Kingston Council was formed on 1 April 2016 and provides its services to circa 30,000 scheme members and in excess of 100 scheme employers. Our aim is to provide members and employers with an accurate, timely and member-focused service.


About You
Candidates should have good communication and IT skills with an ability to prioritise their work and deliver to deadlines. There are no experience requirements and full training for any tasks will be provided.
