Based at St Andrew’s Northampton Medium Secure Division, this role is an exciting opportunity to provide co-ordinated administrative support for a ward


Location: Northampton

Part time: 09.00am - 15:00pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: £17,400 per annum


You will be ready to play a pivotal role in our team and will have an excellent track record of delivering a quality administrative service while dealing with complex and confidential data. With excellent communication, organisation and team working skills, you will also be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong MS Office experience (including Excel) and the ability to work to deadlines. A background and interest in healthcare services would also be of benefit.

Your profile

  • You will support the divisional clinical administrators with on ward tasks such as filing, scanning uploading documents to sharepoint.
  • You will support with the service ordering through SAP.
  • You will have a highly organised, professional approach to your work, plus the communication skills to build productive relationships.
  • Diary Management including room booking and liaising with professional visitors.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and efficient filing systems, including associated service user documentation and the updating of electronic records.
  • Work in line with St Andrew’s policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security of data, at all times and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Charity.
  • You will have a flexible working style, with the ability to working effectively in a team and independently.
