Hyde is looking to recruit an administrator with a strong customer service focus to work within Property Services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently graduated, has customer service experience and is enthusiastic about delivering a great service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator
- Answering incoming calls from customers, ensuring that customers are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
- Dealing with email enquiries.
- Diary management and arranging appointments for surveyors.
- Providing administrative support to Senior Management
- Updating the customer database with accurate notes
Skills and Experience Required
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to demonstrate times that you have provided a great customer service
- Recent graduate, looking for a career where you will be developed
- Team player able to multitask and assist colleagues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
