Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent 37.5 hours per week

OPR are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Broker Support Administrator.
Job Description:
As an Insurance Broker Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our brokers in delivering high-quality insurance services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting brokers in the processing of insurance applications, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Liaising with clients, insurance providers, and underwriters to gather necessary information and ensure accurate documentation
- Managing and organizing insurance files, policies, and related documents.
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for brokers.
- Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinating with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Responding to client enquiries and resolving basic insurance-related issues.
- Staying up-to-date with insurance industry regulations, market trends, and product knowledge.
- Assisting brokers in generating leads and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, products, and industry terminology.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
