We are currently recruiting an Administrator to work within our site-based Technical & Quality team in Shadsworth, Blackburn.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Shadsworth bakery in Blackburn.
Who are we looking for?
This is a great entry-level role for someone looking to develop a career for themselves within food, technical and/or quality.
You’ll be extremely organised with a strong eye for detail and ideally, you’ll have previous administration experience.
Strong IT skills are essential, with previous experience using MS packages and ERP/CRM systems.
The role of an Administrator at BBF
- To ensure that customer complaints are logged, investigated where appropriate and responded to within acceptable timescales.
- To ensure that technical information is managed effectively and databases including those for customer complaints, non-conformances and quality attribute assessments are maintained up to date.
- To maintain the document control system and ensure effective control of quality records.
- To support the Technical Services Manager in generating KPI report information for both internal use and customer reports, as well as routine trending database information.
- Support the IT systems with management of the labelling control systems
