The Vacancy
We have a new opportunity for an Administrator to join our Group Fleet Team supporting the day-to-day fleet operation, ensuring maximum utilisation and minimal downtime of vehicles and data and processes are kept up to date and fit for purpose.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Dealing with day-to-day queries, supporting administrative activities as needed (i.e., driving licence checks, grey fleet management, company vehicles, hire vehicles, fuel cards, compliance, motoring offences – list not exhaustive).
- Administrating the fleet activities as per the Task List to ensure all systems are up to date and processes/procedures are being adhered to.
- Regular liaison with fleet providers to ensure issues actioned/ resolved.
- Monitoring and reconciling fleet related data and support maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure invoices/credits from suppliers are accurate and costed to the correct cost centres.
- Maintain knowledge of all fleet related Rules, processes and procedures and other procedures that are legal or business requirements to support our internal customers.
We are looking for you to have experience and an understanding of administrative duties working within a large organisation. Fleet experience is desirable, but not essential coupled with a good experience with databases and processing data electronically.
To be successful in the role you will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive work ethic to meet targets and ensure compliance. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with all levels of stakeholders. You will also be able to prioritise effectively, and be action oriented, with high initiative, good problem-solving skills, and independent thinking.
