Main duties of the job In this role, you will take responsibility for organising and supporting key meetings to help with the management of the eHospital portfolio of works. This will include the management of key stakeholders, producing agendas, accurate reports and detailed minutes, room bookings and diary management. You will be required to work with other team members to deliver additional administrative activities to support the eHospital division. You must be able to deliver quality, accurate, timely work and function effectively autonomously as well as part of a team. You will be required to collaborate with a range of operational, clinical and technical stakeholders across the NHS, internal and external to Cambridge University Hospitals. Consisting of administration staff, Project Managers and Technical Leads, our role is to support the wider eHospital division in delivery of transformational digital services to benefit our patients and staff. Customer Service/ Business Admin /ITQ or equivalent professional experience. Desirable criteria Secretary qualification or equivalent. Typing qualification or equivalent experience (if applicable). PRINCE 2 Foundation Qualification or equivalent. Experience Essential criteria Secretarial and/or complex administrative experience. Previous experience of organising board level meetings, creating agendas, assembling reports, taking accurate minutes. Previous experience of managing diaries for multiple senior managers. Prioritising, planning and organising own and others tasks. Good working knowledge of office procedures and all Microsoft office packages. Working to tight deadlines. Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations. Desirable criteria Previous experience of working in an NHS organisation. Previous experience of working within a project team. Knowledge Essential criteria Evidence of continued professional development and learning. Willingness to participate in appropriate on-going training or gain professional or technical qualifications as deemed appropriate and necessary for role. Knowledge of processes and procedures used in a complex and busy Project Management Office. Confidentiality and data protection processes and procedures. Customer service experience. Awareness of CUH Trust targets and Trust priorities. Desirable criteria Knowledge of the wider NHS targets of priorities. Knowledge of Trust information systems. Knowledge of eHospital.
