About us
ESW is a Construction Company based in Lawrence Hill, Bristol. We are friendly, forward thinking and innovative. We specialise in the installation of Energy Efficient (EE) Upgrades to domestic houses and commercial construction/maintenance. We work alongside local authorities to deliver funded EE installs, we also assist clients who are looking to take advantage of funding for EE upgrades with the ECO4, ECO-Flex and ECO-Plus funding schemes.
About the role
ESW is looking for an Administrator Coordinator to join our growing team in Bristol to work mainly on our EE install side of the business. The successful candidate would be organised, dynamic and have good communication skills. This is a varied role and a great opportunity to follow a career with a forward thinking construction company. Knowledge of the construction industry would be preferable, but not essential. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
· Coordinating EEM installs and ensuring pre, mid and post compliance
· Managing compliance of PAS 2030 and ECO applications and installs
· Updates to our websites (Wix)
· Digital marketing/social media content
· General admin
Requirements
· Good written and communication skills
· Willingness to learn
· Highly motivated and willingness to take initiative
- This role can be either part time or full time depending on the suitability of the candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
